Job Description:
Role Profile: Senior Project / Program Manager (Onshore)- Experience Level: 12+ years of enterprise IT program management and technical delivery leadership.
- Domain Focus: Insurance technology transformations, claims lifecycle management, enterprise integration, and complex software delivery programs.
- Engagement Alignment: Functions as onshore delivery co-pilot, providing transparent reporting and driving execution accountability on a high-initiative program.
- Insurance & Claims Domain Mastery:
- Proven track record leading large-scale claims management system implementations or modernizations.
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Technical & Architectural Fluency:
- Ability to bridge high-level technical architecture (microservices, event-driven data flows, AI enablement) with tactical delivery planning.
- Program Control & Governance:
- Mastery of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability in critical path analysis, resource allocation, risk management, and scope control.
- Executive Stakeholder Communication:
- Strong executive presence with experience managing strategic communications, steering committee reporting, and sponsor-level decision-making.
