Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist - TDM & Preceptorship

JobRx, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist in Iowa City, IA. This role involves overseeing medication preparation, dispensing, and providing drug monitoring for patients across various service areas. The clinical pharmacist also has the opportunity to precept pharmacy students and participate in educational initiatives. Applicants should have a Pharm. D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and current Iowa licensure. Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
