Liability Claims Adjuster

Analyzing General Liability and Auto Liability Property Damage claims, the full-time Liability Claims Adjuster will adjudicate complex customer claims and negotiate settlements while working in a hybrid environment from Marlton, NJ, or remotely if outside of 25 miles. Key responsibilities Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activities to claimants and clients Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests in a professional manner Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction requirements Home state licensing preferred
