Liability Claims Adjuster

To support travelers during challenging times, the full-time remote Wisconsin Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate and resolve travel medical claims with speed and empathy while ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve travel medical claims end-to-end Maintain clear, timely updates to customers, providers, and partners on claim status Identify potential fraud/waste/abuse and collaborate with the investigative team Required qualifications Proven experience handling accident and sickness/travel medical claims, including complex domestic and international cases Current (or ability to obtain) state adjuster licensing A belief that claims processing should enhance the customer experience Comfort working with data, forms, spreadsheets, and policy wordings Strength in writing, negotiation, and organization
