Administrative - Customer Service Representative

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; must be able to provide physical proof if requested Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume healthcare facility or medical office setting required Medical insurance and billing experience strongly required Patient registration, pre-registration, medical office, hospital, or medical billing experience preferred Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and navigating multiple systems/screens efficiently Typing speed of at least 45 WPM required Excellent written/verbal communication, customer service, and telephone skills required Strong English speaking, spelling, reading, and basic mathematical skills required Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred Ability to calculate and collect copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and other patient financial responsibilities Strong attention to detail, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills required Must maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements Valid driver's license and ability to travel to off-site locations required for outpatient assignments Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin preferred Must be available for the 5:00 AM–10:00 AM part-time schedule, including weekends, and be flexible during orientation All RTO must be disclosed at submission; no RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
