Job summary:

Install window tint and paint protection film on high-end and classic vehicles. Prepare surfaces, cut and fit film, apply PPF and window film with professional techniques, and finish work to showroom standards. Willing to provide training to the right candidate who meets minimum experience requirements.

Key responsibilities:

 Inspect vehicles and prepare panels and glass for film installation (cleaning, decontamination, masking, etc.)

 Either use plotter to cut window film and PPF accurately to vehicle contours, or sometimes hand cutting is required

 Apply film using professional techniques, resulting in like-factory results.

 Remove and reinstall trim, badges, and small components as needed without damaging vehicle surfaces

 Mask and protect paint, interior, and exterior surfaces during installation

 Perform final quality checks and touch-ups to ensure a flawless finish

 Maintain tools, film inventory, and a clean, organized workspace

 Communicate professionally with customers in the store, able to make recommendations to the customers and describe the different qualities in the films we offer, while upholding the company’s high standards

 Also helping with other aspects of the company when needed.

Required qualifications:

 Minimum 1 year of professional installation experience (experience working at home or installing for friends/family does not qualify)

 Proven experience with window film and/or paint protection film installations on customer vehicles

 Must have own reliable vehicle for travel to job sites

 Able to demonstrate installation skills during interview

 Able to lift and maneuver film rolls and vehicle components (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs)

 Strong attention to detail, steady hands, and good hand-eye coordination

 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

 Able to pass background/reference checks; provide 2 previous work references

Preferred:

 2+ Automotive tinting experience (flat glass experience a plus

 PPF templating and paint-safe removal/reinstallation of trim

 Familiarity with mult film brands and manufacturer installation techniques as well as plotter software.
