Overview
Join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA, as a Forklift: Cherry/Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our success. If you have experience operating cherry pickers and order picking, we want to hear from you! This role is essential in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Operate cherry pickers and order pickers to accurately retrieve and transport products within the warehouse.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations.
- KPI Driven- key performance indicators need to be met
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience operating cherry pickers and order pickers in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 plus lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
