Forklift/Cherry Picker OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team at our athletic apparel distribution center in Ontario, CA. This role is responsible for efficiently moving, locating, relocating, and stacking merchandise using a cherry picker forklift, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.Forklift Operators, you'll play a key role in operating cherry pickers and other material handling equipment as needed. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter most.Job Duties:Operate cherry picker forklifts to retrieve and store apparel inventory at various rack heights.Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues to maintenance.Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and operational standards.Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentTechnologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scannerMust be comfortable working at heights, wearing fall protection equipment, and other personal protective equipment (protective footwear, high visibility vest)Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassistedAbility to stand in one area for extended periods of timeAbility to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently
