Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating sheet metal production equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining productivity and following all safety procedures.

• Set up and operate sheet metal production machines.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.

• Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating sheet metal production equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ergonomic and safe material handling practices.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve processes.

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Loud production environment with operating machinery.
• Standing, bending, lifting, and handling sheet metal throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $22.20/hr.
