What You'll Do

• Operate molding machines and secondary production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production goals
• Inspect plastic parts for quality and remove defective products
• Trim excess material using approved hand tools
• Sort, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials for production
• Communicate production updates during shift changes
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Follow all quality standards and company safety procedures
• Support production and supervisors as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to pass a basic math and reasoning assessment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds repeatedly
• Perform repetitive inspection, trimming, and packaging tasks
• Safely operate trimming tools and hand equipment
• Visually inspect small plastic parts for quality defects
