Job Full Description Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to customers while supporting daily warehouse and shipping operations.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to customers while supporting daily warehouse and shipping operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, stage, package, and prepare materials and products for shipment.
- Review shipping documents including work orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, weights, and dimensions for shipment accuracy.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using various shipping carriers.
- Process shipments using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and customs documentation.
- Package products to ensure safe transportation and delivery.
- Build and repair shipping crates, pallets, and other shipping containers as needed.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation.
- Assist with receiving, warehouse, and inventory functions when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping is a plus.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
