Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

The Inventory Coordinator oversees day-to-day inventory control and ordering activities to ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and smooth material flow throughout the operation.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or inventory control.
• Proven inventory control skills, including counting, tracking, and reconciling stock.
• Hands-on experience with picking and packing processes in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong material handling skills, including organizing, moving, and storing inventory safely.
• Demonstrated management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and support team performance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
• Ability to follow and enforce inventory procedures and workflows.

Work Environment

This role typically operates in a warehouse or distribution setting, working closely with inventory storage areas and material handling equipment. The position involves hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and moving materials, which may require standing, walking, and lifting during the shift. You will work with inventory control tools and systems to track stock and support efficient order fulfillment, following established safety and operational procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lansing,MI.
