Day.Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a PRESIDENT- ASPIRUS HEALTH PLAN to join our ASPIRUS HEALTH PLAN team!The President of Aspirus Health Plan works with the Aspirus Health Plan Board of Directors, coordinating with Aspirus executive leadership, to establish and implement strategic direction, financial and growth goals, ensures compliance along with positive member and provider experiences, and oversees insurance operations, all to fulfill the Aspirus Health Plan Mission and Vision in conjunction with the overall Aspirus, Inc. Mission and Vision Statements. The Aspirus Health Plan President develops and maintains a high level, consistent profile for Aspirus Health Plan within the community, insurance industry, and region.Experience/QualificationsKnowledge of financial practices, business development, and health care insurance law normally acquired through completion of bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or health care management.Master's degree in health care or business administration is required.
