Overview Warm up your winter with a career that makes a difference. Our Pediatric Home Service nurses provide one‑on‑one care for children 1‑18 years old who have trachs, vents, or G‑tubes. Responsibilities Provide individualized home health care to pediatric patients ages 1‑18 with trachs, ventilators, or G‑tube/feeding tubes. Administer medications, wound care, and respiratory support as ordered. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, families, school and community resources to develop and implement care plans. Document all visits and interventions in EHR and maintain accurate records. Participate in 24/7 support calls and shift briefings as needed. Qualifications & Support Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active state license. No prior pediatric or ventilator experience required – specialized on‑site training provided. Strong communication and compassionate care mindset. Ability to work independently in home settings; reliable and adaptable. Availability to work full‑time, part‑time or per‑in‑service (PRN) days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
