As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol in Brighton, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support daily site operations with strong customer service and communication. Job Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule Thur: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Fri: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sat: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sun: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with property protocols. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related observations to property contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around lobby areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Support front‑of‑property operations by assisting with directions, answering questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, vendors, and/or guests regarding building access procedures. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
