We are seeking a data-driven, systems-thinking Sales Operations Manager to oversee the operational infrastructure that drives our go-to-market strategy in the EMEA region. In this remote role, you will serve as the backbone of our regional sales organization, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate sales planning, territory and quota execution, and forecast interpretation.
- Drive process clarity, pipeline health, and forecasting hygiene across the sales teams.
- Utilize AI and automation to enhance reporting and decision-making processes.
- Act as the primary business partner for sales executives, supporting all routes to market.
- Ensure excellence in execution and accurate reporting on regional goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in sales operations or similar roles.
- Fluency in AI tools and automation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.
