We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build the systems, insights, and operating processes that help our Marketplace commercial team scale.You’ll own the infrastructure and data behind how we manage accounts, track performance, monitor overall business health, and generate market intelligence. remote and hybrid candidates will also be considered. What You’ll Do:Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give the team visibility into pipeline, account performance, key business trends, and growth opportunitiesEstablish consistent processes for forecasting, pipeline management, performance measurement, and business health reportingSupport the implementation and ongoing administration of our CRM, including reporting, workflow design, data structure, and adoption across the teamImprove and help scale the operational workflows supporting seller and partner onboardingOwn sales data quality and reporting accuracy across our commercial systemsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and make the commercial organization more efficient as it scalesSupport the Marketplace operating cadence, including business reviews, QBRs, planning, and cross-functional reporting in partnership with Finance and AnalyticsWho You Are:Required Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role supporting a sales, business development, or account management organizationStrong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or ExcelDemonstrated experience building sales reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks (hands-on experience with a professional CRM system preferred)Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Account Management, Finance, Product, Analytics, and leadershipComfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving, zero-to-one environment and building processes where little infrastructure exists todayFamiliarity with cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, retention, and other marketplace or customer-growth metricsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, or two-sided platform business; experience in collectibles or trading cards is a plusExperience with data visualization tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or similarSQL proficiency and comfort working directly with a data warehouseFamiliarity with cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, retention, and other marketplace or customer-growth metricsExperience or exposure to customer loyalty programsExperience as an early operations hire or building a Sales/Revenue Operations function within a growing teamSalary Range:The salary range for this position is $125,000-$169,000.
