The Materials Handler is responsible for effective and accurate handling, movement, and issuance of materials within the facility. This role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound material movement, including dock-to-stock, material requisition orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system-related transactions conducted via scanner or computer.
• Issue materials from stock, including internal transfers, kit preparation, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP), ensuring transactions are accurately completed using scanners or computers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying and performing all material transactions correctly.
• Conduct cycle counts as required to support inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
• Follow all safety and health regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisors.
• Adhere to and comply with all procedures outlined in the company security policy.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in material handling, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and company procedures.
