Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA, supporting a growing marketing team within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day administration, optimization, and performance of marketing automation platforms. Build and maintain email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, landing pages, forms, and audience segmentation. Manage Salesforce data integrity, campaign tracking, dashboards, reporting, and CRM-related marketing processes. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead flow, customer journeys, campaign performance, and pipeline visibility. Develop reporting to measure campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and pipeline performance. Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations through automation, process improvement, data quality initiatives, and platform integrations.
