Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a Business Analyst background to support strategic initiatives across critical infrastructure, lab operations, and AI-driven transformation efforts. This individual will play a key role in driving projects related to operational improvements, reporting modernization, and the integration of AI-enabled workflows within a data center.

This position will help support a growing organization as it integrates new capabilities and scales operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, assertive, data-driven, and comfortable leading cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.

Support business analytics initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.

Drive reporting and dashboard initiatives, including validating data accuracy and ensuring leadership receives meaningful insights.

Partner with technical and business teams to evaluate AI-generated outputs and validate information accuracy.

Utilize Jira to manage project workflows, reporting, and team deliverables.

Develop and execute JQL queries to analyze project data and validate AI-generated results.

Create executive-level presentations, status reports, scorecards, and metrics dashboards.

Facilitate communication across cross-functional stakeholders and resolve project roadblocks.

Support critical infrastructure, lab operations, telecom, data center, and construction-related initiatives.

Drive adoption of AI tools that automate repetitive processes while maintaining reporting integrity and governance.

This is 4 days week onsite offering 40-48/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.

• Previous Business Analyst experience with strong requirements gathering and reporting skills.

• Experience managing projects within:

Telecommunications

Data Centers

Infrastructure Operations

Construction or Facilities-related environments

• Strong Jira experience, including reporting and dashboard creation.

• Experience writing and utilizing JQL (Jira Query Language).

• Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills. - Experience supporting AI-driven initiatives or automation programs.

• Experience with AI tools used for reporting, analytics, or workflow optimization.

• Familiarity with Kiro or similar dashboard/reporting platforms.

• Experience developing or maintaining HTML-based dashboards.

• Exposure to business intelligence, data analytics, or operational reporting environments.

• Experience supporting lab operations or critical infrastructure teams.
