You will play a key role in driving project success by converting enquiry into sales and delivering exceptional outcomes for developers and purchasers alike. We Are Seeking Someone Who Has experience in project marketing and off-the-plan sales, or is a high-performing residential sales agent ready to transition into projects Has outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities Thrives on achieving and exceeding revenue targets Is highly organised, proactive and self‑motivated Understands investor and owner‑occupier psychology Can confidently interpret floorplans and apartment layouts Tech‑savvy and confident using sales technology to drive performance and efficiency Skilled at building long‑term relationships with buyers, investors, and referral partners Qualifications Current Real Estate License Proven sales performance Strong enquiry management and conversion skills Excellent stakeholder relationship skills A tenacious, results‑driven mindset Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
