As a key member of our Newcastle Residential team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding client outcomes. Responsibilities Include Manage and transact across a diverse portfolio of residential homes and apartments throughout the Newcastle region Leverage your marketing expertise and sales strategy to match buyers with the right properties Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers Manage and convert a high volume of leads and enquiries Drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets Maintain a strong local market presence through networking and stakeholder engagement Take ownership of your pipeline, ensuring a highly organised and proactive approach Qualifications You are an ambitious, results-driven real estate professional who thrives in a high-performance environment.
