Porter is seeking a detail-oriented Check-in Specialist to join our care team. You will manage the day-of appointment check-in process for providers and coordinators, communicating with members and providers to ensure readiness and updates. You will use Athena or Salesforce as part of the workflow in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with care teams to verify insurance and schedule adjustments.
