Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum couplet care
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean section procedures
• Perform and interpret fetal monitoring using GE and OBIX electronic fetal monitoring systems
• Titrate pitocin drips and manage other titratable medications per protocol
• Adhere to AWHONN staffing ratio guidelines throughout all phases of patient care
• Fulfill call, standby, and floating requirements per unit policy, including every-other-weekend coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Experience in LDRP care, including couplet care
• Ability to circulate in the OR for C-section procedures
• Competency with electronic fetal monitoring

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a low-volume or community hospital Labor and Delivery setting
• Familiarity with GE and/or OBIX fetal monitoring systems
• Experience working in units without in-house OB, neonatology, or anesthesia coverage
