G.I.I.C.A. LLC Little Caesars, America’s best value in pizza, is looking for energetic and fun people to join our team. We are hiring hourly Shift Lead Managers for the morning and evening shifts. We offer a competitive starting wage that ranges from $10 to $14 (+ Overtime) depending on experience. There are opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities: Overall, a Shift Lead Manager performs administrative and labor management, as well as customer care duties. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, organizing school sales, initiating marketing strategies and driving store sales. Labor management includes motivating associates, placing each team member in the proper position to succeed, ensuring all employees adhere to the company’s standards as well as all safety and health guidelines. G.I.I.C.A. also requires all levels of management to be hands on in the work environment, there are no exceptions. To continue our successful model of operations, superior customer care is our top priority. Quality and speed of service is at the frontier of customer care and must be monitored at all times. This will include greeting, interacting and occasionally serving customers individually. Customer satisfaction and customer issues may arise and must be handled appropriately by all levels of management. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must Be Authorized to work in the United States. May be required to lift, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 Pounds. Must be able to motivate, develop and lead fellow crew members. Must have excellent verbal and written skills. Must embrace a fast paced work enviroment with urgency.
