Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: North Jackson, OH, US, 44451 Requisition Number: 224695 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation regarding prior employment. Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑oriented environment.
