Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $850/week Base + Performance Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
We are actively hiring a Sales Recruiter / Headhunter to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-activity recruiting role focused on sourcing and hiring strong sales talent in our Fresno CA market.
If you have sales experience, recruiting experience, or thrive in outbound phone-based environments , this role offers strong weekly income and bonus potential in a performance-driven setting.

What You Will Do
- Source and recruit candidates for sales positions
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and candidate outreach
- Screen applicants and move them through the hiring process
- Maintain daily recruiting activity and pipeline flow
- Work closely with leadership to fill open roles quickly
- Drive urgency with candidates and ensure consistent show rates
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in sales, recruiting, call centers, or outbound phone work
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple candidates
- Someone who takes ownership of their results
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday only
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- In-office role (no remote option)
- Team-based environment with daily activity expectations
