Manage the day-to-day HR functions at this professional financial services company with an attractive office environment. Support 60+ employees at this opportunity where there is definite potential to move to a broader HR management and trusted advisor role. Description
-Manage HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, off boarding, etc.
-Primary point of contact for employee HR related questions
-Benefits administration
-Provide guidance on employee issues to department managers
-Support HR projects and CEO initiatives as needed
Requirements
Requirements
-At least 3 years HR and payroll processing experience
-Up to date understanding of HR and employment laws
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
-Professional and discrete
-Ability to build relationships and trust with all levels of staff
