Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A home infusion clinical pharmacist role is available for a dedicated professional eager to apply expertise in a specialized environment. This 60-day contract assignment offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care in a focused and collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IV compounding and TPN preparation ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Manage and guide pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
- Maintain compliance with sterile compounding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy.
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Maryland pharmacy license.
- Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
- Proficiency in sterile compounding techniques.
- Strong leadership skills to manage pharmacy technicians effectively.
Schedule:
- Wednesday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
