We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-minded Evening & Weekend Building Services Attendant (Porter) to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of a luxury high-rise condominium community in Buckhead, Atlanta.

This position plays an important role in ensuring that residents and guests enjoy a consistently clean, polished, and welcoming environment—not just during traditional business hours, but throughout the evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and understands that maintaining a beautiful building is an important part of delivering exceptional hospitality.

The Opportunity

The Building Services Attendant will provide evening and weekend cleaning, light porter services, and general common-area upkeep throughout a luxury condominium.

Working closely with the housekeeping team, concierge staff, and onsite management, this individual will help ensure the property maintains exceptional presentation standards during periods when the primary housekeeping team may not be onsite.

The position reports to the Lead Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager, as assigned.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommon Area Cleaning & Presentation

• Clean and maintain building lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other assigned common areas.

• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and maintain clean, presentable surfaces.

• Clean glass doors, mirrors, countertops, and frequently touched surfaces.

• Remove fingerprints, smudges, spills, and visible debris throughout common areas.

• Maintain the cleanliness of amenity spaces, lounges, meeting rooms, and fitness areas.

• Inspect assigned areas regularly and address cleanliness concerns promptly.

• Ensure the building remains welcoming and professionally presented during evening and weekend hours.

Restroom & Amenity Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize common-area restrooms.

• Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.

• Maintain fitness centers, resident lounges, and other assigned amenities.

• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs in high-traffic areas.

• Assist with preparing amenity spaces for scheduled resident activities.

• Restore common spaces to established presentation standards following events.

Trash & Porter Services

• Empty trash receptacles throughout assigned common areas.

• Transport waste and recycling to designated collection locations.

• Maintain the cleanliness of trash rooms and collection areas.

• Assist with light debris removal from entrances, parking areas, and other designated spaces.

• Report improper disposal, overflowing receptacles, or sanitation concerns.

• Follow established procedures for waste handling and disposal.

Resident Service & Hospitality

• Greet residents and guests courteously while performing assigned duties.

• Respond professionally to reasonable requests for assistance.

• Coordinate with concierge staff regarding spills, cleaning needs, or building presentation concerns.

• Respect resident privacy and maintain discretion when working in residential areas.

• Minimize disruptions to residents while performing cleaning duties.

• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.

Building Support & Team Coordination

• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and shift responsibilities.

• Communicate maintenance concerns, damaged fixtures, leaks, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate team members.

• Assist with minor furniture arrangements and common-area setup when appropriate.

• Maintain organized cleaning supply areas and properly store equipment.

• Monitor cleaning supply levels and report replenishment needs.

• Provide clear updates regarding completed work and outstanding issues.

• Support special cleaning projects and seasonal building activities as assigned.

Safety & Professional Standards

• Follow established cleaning, chemical handling, and workplace safety procedures.

• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and appropriately.

• Place warning signs when cleaning wet floors or addressing hazards.

• Promptly report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.

• Follow building access, confidentiality, and emergency response procedures.

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with Page AMG's service and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, building services, hospitality, or a similar position preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive surroundings.

• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.

• Professional and courteous communication skills.

• Ability to follow written cleaning schedules and established procedures.

• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and products.

• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Availability to work assigned evening, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury condominium, high-rise residential building, upscale hotel, or private club.

• Experience cleaning amenity areas, fitness facilities, lobbies, and common-area restrooms.

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products.

• Experience working independently during evening or weekend shifts.

• Understanding of luxury hospitality and property presentation standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Page AMG anticipates offering:

• Hourly compensation of $17.00–$19.00, based on experience.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a part-time, onsite position located in Buckhead, Atlanta.

The schedule will primarily include evenings and weekends, with specific hours determined by building needs.

The position requires walking throughout the property, using cleaning equipment, moving supplies, and performing routine cleaning duties in common areas and amenities.
