Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential problems and develop corrective action plans
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license (may require occasional travel to other facilities)
