Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized./lili1 years of demonstrated experience/liliValid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states/liliClear background screening/liliWorking knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts/liliValid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check/liliClear Hep B Screening in applicable states/liliClear TB Screening in applicable states/li/ulh3Preferred:/h3h3State Specific Requirements:/h3ulliFlorida:/liliIllinois:/liliValid driver license with proof of insurance: Not required. Staff are prohibited from driving patients./liliHep B Screening: Not a prerequisite for hire.
