You will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams to architect and guide integrations supporting:Digital Thread & Model-Based Engineering (MBE)PLM / CAD / MES / ERP ecosystemsEnterprise Integration & API ecosystemsEvent-driven and real-time data architecturesCloud and hybrid integration platformsApplication modernization and rationalization effortsYou will combine deep technical expertise, systems thinking, and strong business alignment to deliver integration architectures that are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise strategy.Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area, be willing to relocate to work on-site, or be willing to travel to our East Aurora site frequently throughout the year.To qualify for the Integration Architect role, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog…A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field or equivalent experienceOver eight (8) years of experience in integration architecture or senior technical rolesExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other complex/regulated industries preferredHands-on experience with:Integration platforms (eQube, MuleSoft, Informatica, Kafka, Talend, or similar)API-led and event-driven architecture patternsERP (SAP, Oracle) and enterprise system integrationsCloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architecturesTechnical expertise in:Enterprise integration patterns (API-led, messaging, streaming, batch)Distributed systems design and scalability considerationsData integration and orchestration across complex ecosystemsSecurity and compliance considerations for integrations (NIST, zero-trust principles)DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesArchitecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent preferred)As the Integration Architect, you will…Define and promote enterprise integration architecture, standards, and best practicesDevelop reusable integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch, streaming)Guide teams in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable integrationsSupport Digital Thread initiatives by enabling end-to-end system connectivityArchitect data flows across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systemsEnable traceability across systems (requirements design production service)Partner with enterprise architecture to align integration strategy with long-term technology directionSupport application rationalization and modernization effortsParticipate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) and ensure integration standards adherenceEvaluate integration tools and platforms to reduce redundancy and improve efficiencyProvide technical guidance and oversight during implementationCollaborate with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Engineering leaders to align integration solutions with business outcomesIdentify and mitigate integration risks across systems and platformsSalary Range Transparency:Buffalo, NY $140,000.00–$175,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range DisclaimerThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
