• We're seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Systems Engineer to lead the development of advanced communication subsystem hardware and software for complex multi-segment applications spanning space, ground, and airborne environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, decomposition, allocation, and traceability across functional teams and subcontractors.
• Drive design synthesis and technical documentation, including specifications, interface control documents, test plans, procedures, and verification matrices.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through system integration, verification, qualification, and key design review milestones.
• Support project and program planning, including schedules, budgets, risk management, subcontractor oversight, and technical performance.
• Contribute to customer engagements, RFIs, RFPs, and new business opportunities, including technical presentations and capability demonstrations.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, including requirements development, decomposition, allocation, and traceability.

What Sets You Apart:

• Master's Degree.
• Good communication skills and documentation.
• Ability to interact with senior customer organizations and personnel.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Requires an active Secret clearance.
