Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay: $48 - $50/hr (may increase based on experience) Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! Responsibilities Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist As a Vital Clinical Partner, You Will Elevate Patient Health By Providing Preventive Care, Education, And a Seamless Clinical Experience. Your Responsibilities Include: Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment Qualifications What We’re Looking For Active IL Dental Hygienist license Positive, team-oriented mindset Passion for patient-centered care Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to clinical excellence Why You’ll Love It Here At Generations Dental, you’ll be empowered, supported, and appreciated every day.
