Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys managing cases from intake through resolution and values flexibility in how they work. Responsibilities: Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through resolution Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement strategy Draft pleadings, demands, and legal correspondence Litigation support and court appearances as needed (litigation experience is a plus, not required) What We'r Looking For: Must be in good standing with the State Bar and must have an active license to practice law in Washington. California bar license is preferred Prior personal injury experience required (1 year min.)
