We are a top Family Law firm located in the Greater Seattle area, with operations in King Pierce and Snohomish counties. Due to growth we have an immediate need for a Family Law Attorney to join our staff. This role can be fully remote or hybrid depending on candidate preference. We offer a strong base salary plus bonuses for hitting billable hours targets.
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with a strong background in divorce cases to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience representing clients in contested and uncontested divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, property division, spousal support, and other related family law matters.
Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients with empathy and clarity.
Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Washington.
Minimum 3 years of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce cases.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
