Compensation: $90,000 -$165,000 commensurate with experience and billing commitments. Responsibilities: • Core Responsibilities Client Advocacy & Service: Guide clients through divorces, custody disputes, child support, parenting plans, and modification matters with empathy, clarity, and authoritative strategy. Courtroom & In-Person Representation: Make regular, in-person court appearances, hearings, trials, and mediations across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties . Case Strategy & Execution: Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements; oversee case progression from initial strategy through final resolution. Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive, transparent, and responsive communication to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with our experienced paralegals, legal assistants, and firm management to keep cases moving efficiently. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on family law experience in Washington State. Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). Location & Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel for in-person court appearances, mediations, and client meetings in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
