  • Expected Hiring Range: $125,000 - $250,000

  • Broad Pay Range: $125,000 - $350,000+

Compensation:

$150,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every stage.
• Collaborate with our skilled intake team to understand client needs and develop tailored legal strategies.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and mediations, presenting compelling arguments and evidence.
• Work closely with our dedicated billing and discovery departments to streamline case management and client communication.
• Stay informed about changes in family law and integrate new legal precedents into your practice.
• Provide compassionate guidance to clients, helping them navigate the emotional complexities of family law matters with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington State (Washington State bar admission).
• 3+ years of Washington State family law experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with legal technology.
• A personable, empathetic, and professional approach.
• And yes — a sense of humor (because family law is serious work, but we’re human too).
