This role requires a deep understanding of family law and the ability to handle complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Leading all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters.
• Conducting case analysis and developing case strategies.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Providing legal advice to clients and guiding them through the legal process.
• Staying updated with changes in family law and informing clients of these changes.
• Working collaboratively with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• 1+ years of experience in family law in Washington State.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
