Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Neuro Med-Surg Unit

Our organization is looking for a committed Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Med-Surg unit in Savannah, GA. This role involves providing patient-centered and evidence-based care to adults facing neurological and complex medical challenges.

• Conducting thorough neuro assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
• Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring patient responses.
• Observing and documenting any changes in patient status.
• Coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Educating patients and their families about care plans and health management.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety in patient care.
• Mentoring and guiding newer staff members.
• Participating in ongoing efforts for continuous improvement within the unit.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a neuro or medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
