Job Opportunity: RN Pediatric Transport Nurse

Our organization in Savannah, GA is looking for a dedicated RN Pediatric Transport Nurse to deliver specialized care to infants and children during both interfacility and intra-hospital transfers. This position involves a range of critical responsibilities aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of pediatric patients.

• Conduct rapid assessments and stabilize pediatric patients during transport.
• Continuously monitor patients in collaboration with physicians, respiratory therapists, and EMS teams.
• Coordinate safe transport procedures and manage medications, ventilators, and necessary equipment.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Engage in educational activities, simulations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to families through clear communication and compassionate care in high-pressure situations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with relevant pediatric experience.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
