What You'll Be Doing (AKA: Your Daily Magic)
- Leading and coordinating Private Duty care services with confidence and compassion
- Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
- Creating schedules that keep everything running like a well-oiled machine
- Supporting caregivers, mentoring them, working the floor as needed and helping them shine
- Ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and personalized
- Communicating clearly with residents and families so everyone feels supported
- Keeping documentation tidy, accurate, and stress-free
- Being the go-to problem solver, cheerleader, and calm presence in the building
