What You'll Be Doing (AKA: Your Daily Magic)

Leading and coordinating Private Duty care services with confidence and compassion
Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
Creating schedules that keep everything running like a well-oiled machine
Supporting caregivers, mentoring them, working the floor as needed and helping them shine
Ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and personalized
Communicating clearly with residents and families so everyone feels supported
Keeping documentation tidy, accurate, and stress-free
Being the go-to problem solver, cheerleader, and calm presence in the building
