Floor Technician

Same Day Pay! $14-$18 hourly Responsibilities of Floor Technician: Use proper procedures, such as stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing hard surface floors Operate industrial floor care equipment to appropriately clean all floor surface types Follow proper procedures to clean carpet and upholstered surfaces, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types Properly dispose of all municipal solid waste, as well as infectious and pharmaceutical waste Qualifications for Floor Technician: Previous experience as a Floor Technician or in a related role preferred Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques preferred Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks Benefits for Floor Technician: Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus Health, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) with match Employee engagement and culture committee Company sponsored life insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) resources Join our team at Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 179-bed Sub‑Acute, and Long‑Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
