Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is expanding to the Boston area. Seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Cataract and Laser Center in Dedham, MA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total W2 Compensation: $359,965 (excluding benefits) | $325,000 (including benefits)
• Includes:
• $25K Sign-On Bonus
• $25K Annual Retention Bonus
• 6 weeks PTO | $3,000 CME
• Part-Time/Per Diem positions available

Practice Environment:

• Cataract and Laser Center, Inc.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Case mix: Cataract | 6,300 cases annually
• 45 hours per week - Monday-Thursday 10-hour days | Friday 5 hour day | No nights, no weekends, no holidays

Qualifications:

• Active state license
• DEA
• ACLS | BLS
