We're looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with various day & evening shifts and schedules. Starting annual pay of $270,000/yr. We are also offering a sign on bonus of $60,000 to welcome you to our team. What You'll Do:

• Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
• Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
• Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
• Contribute to education and innovation, if desired

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification
• Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities
• ACLS/PALS Certification Preferred: BA or BSN in Nursing Membership in professional nursing organization desired
