Senior Corporate Trainer/Facilitator at Realtor.com® Are you a dynamic facilitator/trainer? What you’ll do: Work with a wonderful team of learning and development experts who enjoy helping our employees every single day. Build, develop and administer new hire training for all new associates coming into the company Assists with the maintenance of training content, curriculums, activities and materials Leads project management and delivery for Talent Development Design effective presentations, including teaching aids Create executive summaries and leadership overviews that provide not only descriptions of the program but also the success measures and ongoing improvements and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training meets the needs of the business Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of the training content and present these findings to leadership - ongoing improvement and reinforcement of impact Coordinates training logistics (scheduling sessions, resources and collaboration) What you’ll bring: 5+ Years of Learning and Development training experience 3+ years of project management experience 2+ years of experience working with a learning management system or in a similar position. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Exceptional interpersonal and in person delivery skills Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate data and deliver invaluable insights to leadership A curious learner with a strong orientation towards problem solving Ability to write effective instructional text, audio/video scripts, etc Knowledge of current learning and development trends in order to create engaging learning content that is well-suited to various types of learners Demonstrated experience facilitating strengths-based development programs (e.g., StrengthsFinder/CliftonStrengths) is a plus. Strong aptitude for leveraging AI in learning and development, including familiarity with AI-powered content creation, prompt engineering for instructional design, and a passion for integrating AI tools to enhance training efficiency and learner outcomes. With the exception of in-person trainings, this is a hybrid role in our Scottsdale office three times each week.
