In your role as an RBT, you will be in an integral and key role which involves being a calm, caring presence with a big heart and a desire to continuously explore and learn ways to increase your knowledge and understanding of our children and the best way to help them and foster constant growth. 

We are a grassroots team, homegrown by our own seasoned RBT trainers, providing not just the 40-hour certification training, but overlaps with others RBT's within the clinic. We make sure you are thoroughly prepared for the in-person competency test as well as the written state test. 

Responsibilities 

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA 
• Involves one on one or group Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Record data that allows the monitoring of progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule (Consistent hours)
• Experience working with children, a plus
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Experience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
