Quality Training Coordinator

Position Overview The Quality Training Coordinator strengthens operational excellence by coordinating training systems that support compliant, consistent, and scalable workforce readiness across Empower’s rapidly expanding operations. This role manages training logistics, documentation integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvements for Quality and Enterprise Training. By leveraging artificial intelligence as a force multiplier, the coordinator helps streamline scheduling, content management, analytics, and informed decision‑making while improving quality, speed, and operational efficiency. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in Empower’s hyper‑growth, highly regulated 503A and 503B environment while ensuring training practices remain inspection‑ready and aligned with evolving business priorities. Essential Job Functions Training Operations Training Coordination: Coordinate Enterprise and Quality training schedules, calendars, instructors, facilities, materials, and technology to support the seamless delivery of onboarding, qualification, retraining, and continuous learning programs. Leverage AI‑enabled scheduling, workload forecasting, and administrative automation to improve speed, resource utilization, learner experience, and operational efficiency while maintaining inspection readiness within Empower’s regulated manufacturing environment. Learning Administration: Manage employee enrollment, attendance, qualification tracking, learning management system records, and training documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Use AI‑supported workflows to identify overdue requirements, automate notifications, improve reporting accuracy, and proactively address training gaps that could affect operational readiness, compliance, or business performance. Records Management: Maintain organized, audit‑ready training records, controlled documents, and learning resources in alignment with internal procedures, quality standards, and document control requirements. Apply AI‑assisted document organization and validation tools to improve record integrity, accelerate retrieval, reduce administrative burden, and support successful internal and external inspections. Quality Excellence Compliance Support: Partner with Quality, Enterprise Training, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure training programs remain aligned with evolving procedures, regulatory expectations, and operational priorities. Use AI‑driven analytics to identify compliance trends, recommend corrective actions, and strengthen organizational readiness within Empower’s fast‑paced 503A and 503B environment. Performance Reporting: Develop, maintain, and distribute training dashboards, performance metrics, and compliance reports that provide meaningful operational insights to leadership. Use AI‑powered analytics to identify patterns, monitor effectiveness, support informed decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement across training processes and employee development initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training feedback, operational data, and performance trends to identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness, administrative efficiency, and employee readiness. Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies and AI‑enabled insights to optimize processes, enhance learner engagement, and support sustainable operational excellence. Collaboration and Execution Stakeholder Partnership: Build productive relationships with Quality, Operations, Enterprise Training, and business leaders to coordinate training priorities, communicate updates, and proactively resolve issues. Leverage AI collaboration tools to improve information sharing, streamline coordination, and support consistent execution across departments and evolving business demands. Project Support: Contribute to audits, inspections, special projects, process implementations, and organizational initiatives that require training coordination and documentation support. Use AI‑powered project management and workflow tools to improve execution speed, increase visibility, reduce administrative effort, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Operational Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional organization, learning agility, accountability, and attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a hyper‑growth environment. Continuously seek innovative approaches, including responsible AI adoption, to improve quality, accelerate execution, enhance employee readiness, and strengthen Empower’s culture of operational excellence and continuous learning. Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in training and/or the pharmaceutical industry is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to industry trends and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, as well as learning management systems, is required. Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), pharmaceutical compounding, and adult learning or training principles is preferred.
