Key Requirements and Technology Experience Key Skills- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration. Technical Program Manager role with a strong focus on vendor management experience . Experience in managing infrastructure, architecture and operations in Power BI/Fabric. Experienced in Overseeing platform upgrades, patching, user provisioning, workspace/projects management, BI content migration, performance tuning, and license optimization. Hands on experience in Administer and manage Microsoft Fabric capacities and workspaces, Configure Fabric tenant settings and governance policies. Experienced in data source connectivity, gateway management, capacity planning, and security models. Knowledge of Power BI tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, and dataflows is must. Familiarity of visualization technology’s REST APIs for automation and management. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and platform scalability. Experienced in design end to end BI platform architectures supporting enterprise grade analytics. Define and enforce governance standards, including: Data security & RLS/authorization frameworks Naming conventions Workspace/project taxonomy Usage/audit monitoring Partner with Data Architecture and Cloud teams to define best practice integration patterns. Manage and mentor a team of cloud visualization platform infrastructure SMEs, providing technical leadership and direction. Own and manage platform lifecycle – patching, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, and financial/license management. Enable new features, tools, and innovations that enhance user experience and productivity in collaboration with new product innovation and enterprise architecture team. User access management. Managing user accounts, permissions, and roles. Capacity management. Managing capacities, to ensure sufficient resources for user needs. Platform configuration. Configuring settings, policies, and features to align with organizational needs and security requirements. Governance and compliance: Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Monitoring and Auditing: Tracking usage, performance, and auditing activity. Knowledge of different Azure/AWS database platforms and SQL. Design and implement cloud security principles around data protection, identity and access Management (IAM), compliance and regulatory, threat detection and prevention, disaster recovery and business continuity. Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Certifications in Azure/AWS platform administration, networking and security are preferred. Self-organization, time management and prioritization skills. Collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization. Ability to listen, establish rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit or function, as well as with leadership and functional teams. Strategic thinker focused on business value results that utilize technical solutions. Capable of working effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
